Michael Borck

Vice Chairman and Co-Founder

Michael co-founded Intervine in 1991 alongside Colleen May. With over three decades of experience in wine selection, logistics, and distribution, he is a respected figure in this niche of wine programs tailored specifically for the travel industry’s unique needs.

Michael is a pivotal member of Intervine team and Board and we see his fingerprints throughout the organization.​ He is part of Intervine’s credentialed wine tasting team that tests and scores thousands of wines annually as well as serving as a distinguished judge in various wine competitions.

Michael's dedication to wine education and expertise is evident through his distinguished accolades. He holds the esteemed titles of French Wine Scholar, awarded by the Wine Scholar Guild, and Wine & Spirits Educational Trust Level 3 in Wines and Spirits, both achieved with honors.

Leslie Lauer

Director

Leslie is a Managing Director at The ESOP Group at RBC Wealth Management and is a leader in the wealth management industry for business owners and exceptional families. Early in her career, she dedicated her focus on advising business owners on their succession options, specifically Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). With more than 30 years of expertise, she and her team assist clients on all aspects of tax, estate and retirement planning, asset allocation, insurance solutions, lending and strategic philanthropy. Leslie advises a number of corporate client relationships as well, providing them with cash management, executive compensation and captive insurance company asset management.

Leslie is a Forbes and Barron's Top Ranked Financial Advisor and a Private Wealth Advisor on Barron’s Top Ranked Private Wealth Team. Her certifications include Chartered Financial Consultant, Certified Financial Planner, Certified Exit Planning Advisor, and a Family Office Consultant.

​Leslie has her B.B.A. in Finance for University of Toledo, her Series 7 and 66 licenses. 

Jonjie Lockman

Jonjie Lockman

Chief Executive Officer

Jonjie assumed the role of CEO at Intervine in February 2022, steering the company toward new horizons. Prior to her tenure as CEO, Jonjie served as the COO, where she led the Sales Operations and Logistics/Distribution teams as well as being the Account Executive of our largest airline client. Before joining Intervine, Jonjie held a prominent position as Vice President at Turner Broadcasting and CNN, specializing in process management and acquisition integrations. Her career journey encompassed finance and accounting roles at Turner, Coleman Research, and Wells Fargo.

She holds a bachelor's degree from North Carolina State University and an MBA and a Master of Science in Operations Management from Georgia State University. Her expertise extends beyond the corporate realm; she is a Certified Specialist of Wine.

Jonjie’s professional associations include being an active member of Women for WineSense serving as the National President in 2014 and 2015, a chapter board member of the American Wine Society in Napa Valley, and an international board member of the Association of Business Process Management Professionals. Jonjie’s multifaceted career and commitment to her passions make her a true asset to the business and wine communities alike.

Colleen May

Director and Co-Founder

Colleen co-founded Intervine in 1991 with Michael Borck. Prior to starting Intervine, she was a founding partner in two airline service companies beginning in 1983 that provided inflight service items including amenity kits, inflight duty-free programs, and wine to the airline industry worldwide. Each of these companies has been recognized in its field for developing innovative strategies and programs that are now standard practice in the travel industry. 

​Colleen has been involved in a variety of philanthropic pursuits including sitting on the Board of Directors of several not-for-profit foundations.  She is a founding donor and committed supporter of Escuela Agroecologica de Pirque in Chile, an agro-ecological school for at-risk high school students. Her philanthropic efforts are currently directed through The May Foundation with a focus on human, animal, LGBTQ+ rights and environmental policy.  Colleen has a Master of Arts Degree in English and American Literature from New York University.

Kerry Philipovitch

Director

Kerry boasts a remarkable career spanning over two decades during which she held pivotal leadership roles in airline operations, commercial, and customer experience divisions. In her most recent executive position, she assumed the role of Senior Vice President - Customer Experience at American Airlines, where she provided steadfast support to a global team of over 70,000 aviation professionals dedicated to enhancing the airline's customer experience.

Apart from her involvement on Intervine's board, Kerry serves as an independent director for notable organizations, including Sun Country Airlines, Avianca Airlines, and the innovative technology startup, OptIn.

Kerry’s academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration from the prestigious Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Tulane University.

Sandra Pineau-Boddison

Sandra Pineau-Boddison

Chairman of the Board

Sandra is the Founder and President of SPB Consulting LLC and serves as an independent aviation and onboard services consultant. Sandra is a highly accomplished executive with more than 30 years of success in the airline industry. She most recently served as Sr. Vice President, Customers at United Airlines where she had responsibility for the carrier’s customer experience, contact centers, food services and lounges. 

She holds an MBA Finance from Long Beach State University, BBA Marketing from Texas State University and an Honorary Doctorate of Food Services from the North American Food and Equipment Manufacturing Association. She also serves on the Onboard Hospitality awards judging panel, is President of the IFSA Foundation Board and was named to the Illinois Diversity Council’s list of Most Powerful and Influential Women.
