Join us in Mendoza for an unforgettable experience centered on the legendary Catena family and their pioneering work in high-altitude viticulture. Over five days, you’ll explore iconic vineyards, participate in hands-on blending sessions, and deepen your understanding of Malbec’s evolution and Argentina’s dynamic wine culture. Along the way, enjoy authentic asados, visit neighboring wineries, and engage in educational sessions that reveal why Argentine wines shine both on the ground and in-flight. This is more than a trip—it’s a celebration of innovation, terroir, and tradition.

 Day 1 – Monday, September 28

  • Arrival & Welcome Dinner
    Guests arrive in Mendoza and gather for an evening welcome dinner hosted by Catena.

Day 2 – Tuesday, September 29

  • Adrianna Vineyard Experience

    • Morning: Tour the renowned high-altitude Adrianna Vineyard

    • Afternoon: Traditional asado lunch among the vines

    • Evening: Relax and enjoy dinner with the group

Day 3 – Wednesday, September 30

  • Catena Winery & Innovation Day

    • Visit the iconic Pyramid Winery

    • Participate in a blending session

    • Lunch at the winery

    • Explore the Catena Institute of Wine

    • Educational session on high-altitude viticulture and Malbec’s evolution

    • Dinner with Catena

Day 4 – Thursday, October 1

  • Neighboring Winery Tours

    • Visits to Piattelli, Susana Balbo, Trapiche, Viña Cobos wineries and others

    • Lunch and dinner hosted by Intervine

Day 5 – Friday, October 2

  • Departures
    Guests depart after breakfast.

Optional Experience:

  • Horseback ride into the foothills for an authentic open-range gaucho asado.
