Sandra Pineau-Boddison

Sandra is the Founder and President of SPB Consulting LLC. She is currently working as an independent aviation and onboard services consultant and is a partner with The Hayward Partnership, a boutique consulting firm. She is a proven thought leader who achieves results for airline, food service, travel, catering and hospitality industries seeking expert assistance in creating a premier customer experience.

Sandra is a highly accomplished executive with more than 30 years of success in the airline industry. She has held key leadership roles most recently as Senior Vice President, Customers at United Airlines where she had responsibility for the carrier’s customer experience, contact centers, food services and lounges working with a team of over 8,000 employees. 

 

She holds an MBA Finance from Long Beach State University, BBA Marketing from Texas State University and an Honorary Doctorate of Food Services from the North American Food and Equipment Manufacturing Association. She also serves on the Onboard Hospitality awards judging panel, is President of the IFSA Foundation Board and was named to the Illinois Diversity Council’s list of Most Powerful and Influential Women.
